Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Customer: The individual or company requesting services.

Service Provider: Goring Motor Group or any of its representatives.

Vehicle: The car, truck, or any other motor vehicle brought in for services.

2. Scope of Work

The Service Provider agrees to perform body repair, paintwork, and related services as outlined in the agreed estimate.

Any additional work or changes to the initial estimate must be authorized in writing by the Customer.

3. Estimates

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

The estimate is subject to change if additional damage is discovered once repairs commence.

A revised estimate will be provided for any additional work required.

4. Payments

Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

Late payments may incur a surcharge of [specify rate] per day.

5. Warranty

We provide a [specify duration, e.g., 12-month] warranty on all workmanship and materials used.

The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but excludes normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, or misuse.

6. Rust and Corrosion

Rust and corrosion repairs are guaranteed for three months from the date of service.

The warranty does not cover rust or corrosion that reoccurs due to environmental factors or customer neglect.

7. Vehicle Storage

The Service Provider is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during the repair process.

8. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

The Service Provider’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed the cost of the service provided.

9. Collection of Vehicles
